How much do you charge?

While we quote projects on an individual basis, our website design packages start at $625.00, hosting for $9.95 a month and online backup for $14.95 a month.
Our hourly rates are as follows:

DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT COSTS
$85.00/hour – for profit work
$50.00/hour – non-profit work

ONSITE COMPUTER SERVICES
$85.00/hour – businesses
$50.00/hour – residental

RECURRING COSTS
$15.00/year – Domain Name Registration and Management
$9.95/month – Website Hosting
$14.95/month – Online Backup with Unlimited Data
$2.95/month - MySQL Database

WEBSITE MAINTENANCE
$25.00/month – Irregular content updates, full support.
$50.00/month – Monthly content updates
$75.00/month – Weekly Content Updates (web hosting package included in this)
$150.00/month – Unlimited Content Updates (web hosting package included in this)

What are your payment policies?

A 50% up front deposit is required to begin work. After the work has been completed, we will submit the final amount due on the project. The final payment is due 20 business days after the final invoice has been sent.

Our policy is to collect payment at the time of service. We send all invoice in electronic format. We provide links for you to pay your bill online via credit card, e-check, or PayPal with every invoice. You will not receive a paper invoice from us, unless you specifically request one. This helps us be more green and provide your services at a lower cost.

Forms of Payment Accepted

We do not accept cash as a form of payment. We accept checks, credit cards, or PayPal.

What are your payment terms?

Due On Receipt

Due on receipt means exactly that. We send all of our invoices electronically via email. Due on receipt has a grace period of 5 business days. After that, we reserve the right to charge a 2% late fee for every 5 business days this payment is late.

Due 15 Days

Grace period of 5 days after the 15th day. After that, we reserve the right to charge a 5% late fee for every 5 business days this payment is late.

Due 30 Days

Grace period of 5 days after the 30th day. After that, we reserve the right to charge a 5% late fee for every 5 business days this payment is late

Deposit Required – Minimum Payments

If your project costs more than $350, a 50% down front payment will be needed in order to start work. All projects costing less than $350 will be required to pay the full amount up front in order to begin work.

Do you accept rush jobs?

Yes. Our rates for rush jobs are double or normal rates. A rush job will be determined on a case-by-case basis. If it is determined that your job is not a rush job, your job will be put into our design queue and billed at our normal rates. A rush job is defined as something that must be done by close of business or open of business the next day.

Will you provide content for our project, or will we have to?

We provide copy-writing services at the following rates:

$25/hour – website copy based on general information
$50/hour – blog articles, new web copy based on specific industry information
