Many people choose to have their support needs covered by the hour. Here at PCS, we have engineers available for offsite, onsite and remote support needs by the hour.

Residential Support Onsite – $50.00/hour
Business Support Onsite – $85.00/hour
Remote Support – $45.00/hour

Monthly Support Contract

One option is for our Managed Services product. With Managed Services, you get unlimited remote support and phone support and discounted onsite support calls.

Monthly Management (1 PC, Server or Mac) – $99.95
Annually Management (1 PC, Server or Mac) – $1095.00
